What good is religion? It promises absurdities and makes people commit atrocities.
She was a beautiful little young woman. She looks like she had been crying. If there is one regret about not being able to believe the stories of religion, it's not believing in hell for religious lunatics like these "True Christians" to suffer in.

Garbage in, garbage out...The Christian Bible:
"He who spareth the rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him correcteth him betimes" (Proverbs 13:24) and "Withhold not correction from a child: for if thou strike him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and deliver his soul from hell." (Proverbs 23:13-14)
Jesus is criticized by the Pharisees for not washing his hands before eating. He defends himself by attacking them for not killing disobedient children according to the commandment: “He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.” (Matthew 15:4-7)
Abandon your wife and children for Jesus and he’ll give your a big reward. Jesus asks that his followers abandon their children to follow him. To leave your child is abuse, it’s called neglect, pure and simple. Matthew 19:29

Sorry, but this secular world does not speak on behalf of God. There is no other Christian book other than the bible, but once and again, the secular world cannot comprehend such a thing, because they approach it carnally minded; therefore the truth is hid from them. As for the persuasion to not obey the truth by these parents, such persuaion does not come from the Lord Jesus; but if this would have been known by the carnal mind, then they would not have condemned the guiltless, namely, Christianity.
2 billion Christians alive as we speak, and we are told, heaven is still not going to be a crowded place. That I could believe, you have made my point.
