I just took a leap of faith. Knowing no one in Naples, Florida and only having visited this City for 2 hours last year. I decided I would like to move there. Becoming more nervous and questioning my judgement as the day of departure grew near, I went for it anyway. Three days and 1500 miles later, I arrived. I booked a roach motel on line, it was so bad I nearly lost my nerve and almost called it quits. I applied for a job I thought I would like, and to my surprise they hired me on the spot. I found an apartment the next and moved in. All in the span of 4 days and 2 were spent on the beach. Now my NY dry skin is pealing along with my new tan! I love it here.

With a week to kill before my job starts, I'm getting to know the area, I visited the Naples Zoo and hiked a 6 mile trail in Seminole State Park, wearing flip-flops and shorts. (they don't call it saw-grass for nothing) I would like to share the pictures with my fellow Viners, animal and tree huggers. Like me. Thnx....
